I received such an amazing response from my “21/365 - Because some things aren’t easy to talk about.” photo on the subject of it being difficult to talk about eating disorders. It inspired me to create something again, I can’t underline the importance of eating healthy and eating correctly.

Thanks to everyone who liked, commented and shared my ED photo, it’s really important to help raise awareness. Create something yourself, make a change, do something positive.

Apples don’t just keep the dentist away.
